How to make Korean Red Ginseng Steeped Liquor

Here is a simple method for making red ginseng infused liquor. While there are various ways to make red ginseng liquor, the following method is one of the easiest. The ideal ratio is 200g of red ginseng to 1800ml of alcohol. It is crucial to use alcohol with a minimum content of 21% to prevent spoilage. Patience is key, as the infusion process requires a minimum of 6 months. 

Today, on November 17, 2023, I made three batches of red ginseng liquor using the following ingredients:

Hansamin Korean Red ginseng cut grade 200g + Hwayo 25% (Premium Soju)

Hansamin Korean Red ginseng cut grade 200g + Smirnoff Vodka 37%

Hansamin Korean Red ginseng cut grade 200g + Soju 22%
