Crafting the Perfect Ginseng Liquor
Many customers have shown interest in ginseng-infused liquor, so a few days ago, we made two 2-liter bottles using 150g of Dried White Ginseng. Since the ginseng roots were of excellent quality, the final product turned out visually appealing as well. For the alcohol base, we used Hallasan Soju (21%).
※ When making ginseng liquor, it is essential to use alcohol with a minimum of 21% ABV.
Additionally, the red ginseng-infused liquor, which we prepared in November 2023, has been aging beautifully. The liquor has developed a deep red hue and is maturing into a clear and refined drink.
